SYNOPSIS OF MEETING MINUTES

October 11, 2022, Regular Board Meeting

Held in person at the Freedom Town Hall

Meeting called to order at 8:00pm

Members present: Lindemann, Bristle, Layher, Huehl, Schaible absent-none 38 public in attendance

Board heard citizen participation, communications received, and treasurer, clerk, planning commission, ordinance enforcement officer and zoning administrator’s reports.

Items approved:

1. Minutes for September 13, 2022
2. Treasurer’s report
3. To accept the estimate from OHM for GIS mapping of the lakefront parcels around Pleasant Lake not to exceed $2,500 for services
4. To approve Kevin Vershum’s application to put 78ac. on parcel # N-14-25-400-009 and N-14-25-100-004 in the Farmland and Open Space Preservation Program PA 116
5. Warrants
6. Reminder the next board meeting is moved to Thursday November 10th at 8:00pm
