SYNOPSIS OF MEETING MINUTES

December 13, 2022, Regular Board Meeting

Held in person at the Freedom Town Hall

Meeting called to order at 8:00pm

Members present: Lindemann, Bristle, Layher, Huehl, Schaible absent-none 14 public in attendance

Board heard public comment, communications received, and treasurer, clerk, planning commission, ordinance enforcement officer and zoning administrator’s reports.

Items approved:

1. Minutes for November 10, 2022
2. Treasurer’s report
3. To appoint Matt Little for a 3 yr. term, Dan Schaible for a 1 yr. term, Carol Huehl for a 1 yr. term (recording secretary), and Karen Flahie for a 3 yr. term to the planning commission
4. To appoint Jason Haynes, Gerald Huehl and Dale Mieras to Board of Review for 2 yr. terms and Dale Ganzhorn as alternate
5. To set the Freedom Twp. board meetings for the second Tuesday of the month at 8:00 p.m. at the Freedom Township hall
6. Warrants
