NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. in the Freedom Township Hall (11508 Pleasant Lake Road) to invite public comment on a conditional use permit application to authorize establishment of a wholesale plant nursery operation on parcel #N-14-35-400-002 at 9587 Saline-Waterworks Road in the AR (Agriculture-Resource) zoning district.

Application materials may be examined by appointment with Clerk Bristle at (734) 428-7545 extension 2, or via email at vbristle@freedomtownshipmi.org. The Zoning Ordinance and Official Zoning Map are available on the Township website at http://www.freedomtownshipmi.org/.
