SYNOPSIS OF MEETING MINUTES

June 13, 2023, Regular Board Meeting

Held in person at the Freedom Town Hall

Meeting called to order at 8:00pm

Members present: Lindemann, Bristle, Layher, Huehl, Schaible absent-none 8 public in attendance

Board heard public comment, communications received, and treasurer, clerk, planning commission, ordinance enforcement officer and zoning administrator’s reports.

Items approved:

1. Minutes for May 9, 2023
2. Treasurer’s report
3. To allow the Manchester CRC to use the town hall parking lot for a pop-up pantry once a month.
4. To purchase paint for the town hall doors not to exceed $150.
5. Warrants
