SYNOPSIS OF MEETING MINUTES

July 11, 2023, Regular Board Meeting

Held in person at the Freedom Town Hall

Meeting called to order at 8:00pm

Members present: Lindemann, Bristle, Layher, Huehl, Schaible absent-none 5 public in attendance

Board heard public comment, communications received, and treasurer, clerk, planning commission, ordinance enforcement officer and zoning administrator’s reports.

Items approved:

1. Minutes for June 13, 2023
2. Treasurer’s report
3. To allow the supervisor to speak with the township attorney regarding the Wolverine fence.
4. To approve the clerk to purchase the audio/visual equipment needed up to $6,000.00 and the tv should be a minimum of 60 inches.
5. To hire S&B for an annual maintenance on the Generac generator at the town hall.
6. Warrants
