SYNOPSIS OF MEETING MINUTES

May 10, 2022, Regular Board Meeting

Held in person at the Freedom Town Hall

Meeting called to order at 8:00pm

Members present: Lindemann, Bristle, Layher, Huehl, Schaible absent-none 4 public in attendance

Board heard citizen participation, communications received, and treasurer, clerk, planning commission, ordinance enforcement officer and zoning administrator’s reports.

Items approved:

1. Minutes for April 8, 2022
2. Treasurer’s report
3. To approve the Washtenaw County Road Commission’s second contract for three projects (Rentz, Steinbach and Waters Roads), application of gravel, drainage projects, tree cutting and to use the matching funds
4. To recommend at least a 10% pay increase for WWCA Building Official and Administrative Assistant
5. To pay our 2022 membership dues for the River Raisin Watershed Council
6. Warrants
