Chelsea School District: Bid Submissions Open

Chelsea School District is accepting bids for renovations to North Creek Elem. Y-5 and Athletic Fields.  Sealed bids will be received electronically via Building Connected on WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 3 at 3:30 pm (ET) by the construction manager, Clark Construction.  Bids received after this time will not be opened or considered.  Bids will be opened immediately following the opening and results read aloud in a virtual meeting.  Each bid shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized familial affidavit. Any bids without this affidavit attached will not be accepted.  A bid bond (5% of bid amount) is required.  Visit www.clarkcc.com and click on “Bids” to obtain bidding documents and for further instructions and information.
