1. Discussion Regarding Interim City Manager and Recruitment Process (Mayor Pacheco)
2. Approval of Agreement with Gateway Housing Project Developer (Community Development Director Montagno)

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Henson to enter into a purchase agreement with Spire Development for the City-owned property located at 1155 Old Manchester Road with parcel ID number 06-06-13-150-005 subject to review and approval by the City attorney.  All ayes. Motion carried.

• Adoption of Resolution #2025-21: Budget Amendments (Finance Director King)

MOTION Henson SECONDED Iannelli to adopt Resolution #2025-21: To adopt the Intended Budget Amendment Attachment to the previously passed Resolution #2025-17. All ayes. Motion carried.

• Approval of Purchase of Reverse Osmosis Filters (Superintendent Powell)

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Henson to approve the purchase of the Reverse Osmosis Membranes from Process Solutions, Inc. for the amount of $66,380.00 to include shipping. All ayes. Motion carried.

• Approval of Purchase of Cargo Van from LaFontaine (Superintendent Powell)

MOTION Mehuron SECONDED Merkel to approve the purchase of the Ram Cargo Van from LaFontaine CDJR-Lansing, for the amount of $58,333.00  All ayes. Motion carried.

• Approval of Purchase of Power Poles for Electric Department (Operations Manager Stevens)

MOTION Merkel SECONDED Mehuron to approve the Purchase of Power Poles from Gross Electric in the amount of $50,830.30. All ayes. Motion carried.

• Approval of Purchase of Stock Materials for Electric Department (Operations Manager Stevens)

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Iannelli to approve the purchase of stock materials for electric outages from Irby in an amount not to exceed $185,244.40. All ayes. Motion carried.
