1. Discussion Regarding City Council Partial-Term Appointment (Mayor Pacheco)
2. Approval of Chelsea Community Fairgrounds Annual Schedule of Events (Manager Colburn)

MOTION Merkel SECONDED Keaton to approve the Chelsea Community Fairgrounds Annual Schedule. All ayes. Motion carried.

• Approval of Proclamation Declaring April 25^th as Arbor Day in the City of Chelsea (Community Development Office, Marin)

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Iannelli to approve the proclamation recognizing April 25^th as Arbor Day. All ayes. Motion carried.

• Adoption of the City of Chelsea Public Participation Plan (Assistant City Manager Montenegro)

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Merkel to formally adopt the City of Chelsea Public Participation Plan. All ayes. Motion carried.  

• Discussion Regarding Scheduling an Additional Budget Work Session (Council Member Merkel)
