NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION

TO:     THE RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF DEXTER, WASHTENAW COUNTY, MICHIGAN, AND OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS:

TAKE NOTICE On November 18, 2025, the Township Board of Dexter Township adopted Resolution 25-699 to amend relevant portions of Section 19.06(F)(1) of the Dexter Township Zoning Ordinance which reduces the minimum message duration standards for electronic messaging signs (EMS) from one (1) hour to thirty (30) seconds. The effective date is November 27, 2025. Copies of the ordinance are available at dextertownshipmi.gov or at Dexter Township Hall at 6880 Dexter-Pinckney Road, Dexter, MI, 48130.
