NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONSTRUCT SOLAR ENERGY FACILITY
IN SALINE TOWNSHIP

PUBLIC MEETING

Notice is hereby given that on August 18, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at the Saline Township Hall, 5731 Braun Road, Saline, MI 48176, a public meeting will be hosted by Washtenaw Solar Energy LLC, an affiliate of Invenergy LLC, regarding the construction of a new 150 megawatt solar energy facility in Saline Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan. A presentation on the project site plan will begin at 5:45 PM and opportunity for public comment will be available.

This notice is provided in anticipation of Washtenaw Solar Energy LLC requesting a Renewable Energy Siting Certificate to construct a solar energy facility from the Michigan Public Service Commission pursuant to Public Act 233 of 2023, MCL 460.1221 et seq. Additional information, including the site plan, is available on the project website: washtenawsolar.invenergy.com/news-and-resources. For those unable to attend the public meeting, written comments may be submitted to Washtenaw Solar Energy LLC in the manner below.
