NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWNSHIP OF SCIO, WASHTENAW COUNTY on the

CITY OF DEXTER’S REQUEST FOR PUBLIC ACT 425 AGREEMENT

TO: RESIDENTS OF SCIO TOWNSHIP

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Scio Township Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 6:00 pm in the Scio Township Hall located at 827 N. Zeeb Road in said Township, with remote participation, for the purpose of considering the City of Dexter’s request for Public Act 425 agreement, specifically part of tax parcel number H-08-07-300-002. Members of the public may join either in person or with remote participation available.

A copy of the proposed 425 agreement will be available for review at the Scio Township Hall or online at Sciotownshipmi.gov; click here
