The Planning Commission will meet in Meeting Hall at Township Hall at 827 N. Zeeb Road.  Members of the public may join either in person or view the livestream of the meeting by clicking the hyperlink “View Event” next to where meeting is listed on website. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public meeting of the Scio Township Planning Commission will be held via zoom, Ann Arbor, Michigan, on MONDAY, October 27, 2025, at 7:00 PM.  During this meeting the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the following matters: 

Conditional Rezoning of approximately 14.911 acres from R-1 (Single-Family Residential) to C-3 (Highway Commercial.) To allow vehicle filling stations and restaurants as permitted uses and truck stop facilities, fast food and carryout restaurants as conditional uses. (OA#25008 OAC QuikTrip Corporation)

Details concerning the aforementioned matters may be examined at the Township Offices, 827 N. Zeeb Road by interested persons during office hour’s weekdays, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Any person having interest in said Township or their duly appointed representatives shall there and then be heard at the above described meetings or adjournment thereat relative to any matters that should come before the Planning Commission.
