NOTICE OF PUBLICATION BY POSTING
ORD. No. 164, ORDINANCE TO ADOPT APPENDIX F – STATE CONSTRUCTION CODE
At a Regular Meeting of the York Charter Township Board of Trustees held May 13, 2025, an Ordinance to adopt Appendix F, Radon Control Methods, of the Michigan Residential Code, was given second reading and adopted by the Township Board.
The purpose of the ordinance is to include Appendix F, Radon Control Methods, of the Michigan Residential Code as part of the Township’s enforcement authority under the Michigan Residential Code.
Publication of the Ordinance as adopted was made by posting the full text of the Ordinance on the Township website and at the Township Clerk’s office. A copy of the Ordinance may be reviewed and inspected at the York Township Clerk’s Office, 11560 Stony Creek Road, Milan, MI 48160, and on the Township’s website, www.twp-york.org as provided for under Section 8(3)(b) of the Charter Township Act, being MCL 42.8(3)(b).
