Unfinished Business: Reviewed updated 26/27 FY Budget.
New Business: Res. #2026-02, 2026 Poverty Exemption Policy & Guidelines, adopted. Approved proposal from McKenna to complete a Zoning Ordinance amendment that provides regulations for data centers. Blight Ordinance review and discussion held. Letter of resignation from Supervisor Chuck Tellas accepted with regret. Dave Ludwig appointed as Supervisor. Letter of resignation from Dave Ludwig from Planning Commission accepted. Austin Schettenhelm appointed to Planning Commission. Cell phone approved for Supervisor’s office.
