YORK CHARTER TOWNSHIP

SYNOPSIS

The December 9, 2025, Regular meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Hall by Clerk Zupi. Six Board members present, one absent. Nine public comments heard; No written petitions submitted. Regular agenda approved as amended.

Unfinished Business: None.

New Business: Approved reduction for Deer Ridge Phase 3A Letter of Credit/Performance Guarantee. Approved reduction for Saline Valley Farms Phase 7 Letter of Credit. Fire run waiver request not approved. Approved hiring of two mechanical/plumbing inspectors. Accepted proposed 26-27 FY budget from Dep. Supervisor David Ludwig. Approved purchase of cell phone from the Clerk Department.
