SYNOPSIS OF JANUARY 2025 BOARD MEETING MINUTES

LYNDON TOWNSHIP – 17751 N. Territorial Road, Chelsea, MI  48118.  Summary of Minutes – January 14, 2025—Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM.  There was no Public Comment.  Items Approved:  Agenda; Consent Agenda; Bills.  Correspondence briefly addressed.  Other Items Approved:  Adopt the Recommendation to Memorialize Findings of the Zoning Board of Appeals Assuming it Meets the Legal Standards and Allow the ZBA Meetings when Necessary; Adopt Resolution No. 25-01 to Allow Local Residents to Protest in Writing to the 2025 Board of Review; Adopt Resolution 25-02 Township of Lyndon Poverty Exemption Guidelines Resolution; Accept the Canon Image RUNNER C 3930 Color Copier Quotation for $154.00 per month.  Reports were given. The meeting adjourned at 8:52 PM.
