Part-Time Temporary Maintenance Position

$19.77 – $23.63 per hour depending on qualifications

The City of Chelsea is accepting applications for a part-time temporary maintenance position. Position requirements include: a high school education or higher; a valid Michigan Driver’s License; a background and understanding of basic repair, maintenance and construction activities.  This employee will assist in park maintenance, sewer cleaning, snow plowing and weekly trash collection.  A background check and physical exam—including drug and alcohol testing—is a required part of the hiring process.  A complete job description and application form can be found at www.city-chelsea.org; click on ‘Services’ then ‘Employment’ then ‘Employment Opportunities’.
