REGULAR BOARD MEETING

Approved minutes of July 8, 2025 Regular Meeting and July 15, 2025 Special Meeting.

Approved payment of the bills.

Authorized Huron River Watershed Council and Middle Huron River Partnership annual membership dues.

Authorized payment to OHM for continued H2S Monitoring Assistance and participation in meetings with City of Ann Arbor.

Authorized purchase and setup of the Granicus Live Cast Encoder Hardware.

Authorized the renewal of Microsoft Entra 1D P1 for Government licensing for 70 users.

Approved repair and replacement of Boardwalk #2 and #3 along Zeeb Road Pathway.

Adopted first quarter budget amendments to the FYE26 budget.

Adopted fees for Transient Merchants application and license.

Approved the repeal of false alarm assessment.

Approved Wallace Development conditional use permit.

Authorized expenditure for the purchase of a conservation easement excluding the property survey and environmental site assessment.

Called a special joint meeting of the Board of Trustees, Planning Commission and DDA to be held Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 4:00pm.

Created a working group to analyze a possible transition of BS&A Software to BS&A Cloud.

Delegated authority of the Board of Trustees to Board Liaisons to Management and amended Section 5 of Employee Handbook accordingly.

Adopted appendices H and G of the proposed compensation and classification structure and approved placement of staff in the grades and steps as presented by the HR Manager.
