SYNOPSIS OF AUGUST 2022 BOARD MEETING MINUTES

LYNDON TOWNSHIP – 17751 N. Territorial Road, Chelsea, MI 48118. Summary of Minutes, August 9, 2022—Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM. During Public Comment, a resident spoke on the Mid-Michigan Pipeline Project by Consumers Energy. Items Approved: Agenda, Consent Agenda, Payment of Bills as Presented. Zoning Administrator submitted his report in writing. CAFA Representative summarized his report to the Township Board. Deputy Supervisor reported on the number of hits on the website and the redundant fiber route. Multi Lakes Representative summarized his report to the Board and gave an update on the status of the Recreation Plan. There was no WWRA meeting in July. Items Approved: Decrease the Island Lake Special Assessment to 50% indefinitely beginning with the winter taxes; Change the Broadband millage rate to .0008 for one year. Meeting adjourned at 8:00 PM.
