MOVED Ruddock SECONDED Keaton to set a mid-year review special meeting for City Council for 6:00 pm on October 11, 2022 in Council Chambers. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

Council has asked for options concerning yard waste/compost pickup. DPW Superintendent Bollinger provided a brief history on yard waste pickup for the City and concerns about the Compost License. He provided information on contracting services versus maintaining the City’s process.
