LYNDON TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS

LYNDON TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING,

OCTOBER 27, 2022, AT 7:00 PM

The Lyndon Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following amendments to the Township Zoning Ordinance:

- ZTA 22-001: Amendment to the regulations in the Zoning Ordinance regarding the parking regulations for personal service businesses and laundromats under Chapter 16 Parking Requirements, Section 16.06 Off-street Parking Requirements of the Lyndon Township Zoning Ordinance.

A copy of the proposed Zoning Text Amendments can be obtained via email at ordinanceatlyndon@gmail.com or at the Lyndon Township Offices at 17751 N. Territorial Road, Chelsea, MI 48118. Written comments may be submitted to the Lyndon Township Clerk, Linda Reilly via email at clerkatlyndon@gmail.com or can be sent to the Lyndon Township Offices via mail. All correspondence must be submitted by 4:00 pm the day of the public hearing or presented at the public hearing. The Lyndon Township Board will provide, if time after the request allows, necessary and reasonable auxiliary aids or services to individuals with disabilities at the public hearing.
