MOVED Ruddock SECONDED Iannelli to direct staff to draft a letter of support to maintain court services in our community to be signed by Mayor Pacheco. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

MOVED Mehuron SECONDED Iannelli to Adopt the Resolution of Support for the Pure Michigan Trail Township Designation. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

MOVED Feeney SECONDED Keaton to accept the quote from IT Right in the amount of $24,921.60 for the replacement of City computers. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

MOVED Wiseley SECONDED Keaton to accept the quote from Monroe Plumbing and Heating Company in the amount of $22,400.00 and approve the purchase of three valves, for a total cost of $31,691. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

MOVED Mehuron SECONDED Wiseley to accept the quote from Billy White Roofing, LLC in the amount of $53,640.00. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

MOVED Feeney SECONDED Wiseley to Approve payment to Consumers Energy in the amount of $71,160.50 for the initial 25% due for the Industrial Substation upgrade pending an updated Amendment to the original agreement. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

MOVED Keaton SECONDED Ruddock to Approve the capacity transaction as outlined in the attached Power Purchase Commitment authorization and authorize Utilities Director to sign on behalf of the City of Chelsea. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
