Former Chelsea School Board Members Endorse Moore, Fox, Glenn, and Henson

"As former school board members who have spent years being part of the Chelsea school’s tradition of excellence, we felt the need to speak.

The Chelsea School District has been educating our community for decades. There have been bumps in the road, most recently a pandemic.

Now, more than ever, the board needs to show support for our students and staff. In fact, it’s imperative that school board members work together with the administration and staff — and not at cross purposes.

To that end, we fully endorse Kate Henson, Glenn Fox, Michelle Craig, and Scott Moore.

These four candidates have shown they want to work with the superintendent and be part of the team. They know the importance of keeping good staff, discussing issues and opportunities with compassionate and open minds, and listening to community members. They bring different skills and experiences to the table - leadership, finance, education, people — but most importantly, they want to put students first."

On November 8, we support Craig, Moore, Henson, and Fox.
