To my fellow community members:
As many of you are aware, letters have been sent around Chelsea accusing my son of being a racist. These letters are hateful, untrue and the image portrayed has been edited.
The photo in question was taken in the football locker room after practice, my son had every right to be there as he was changing to leave practice.
This anonymous attack is hurting not only my son, but also my daughter who is a junior at Chelsea High School. My kids are suffering more than I am, as this level of hate is beyond belief.
I'm reaching out for assistance. I am personally offering a $10,000 cash reward for anyone that can provide information that leads to the prosecution of the author(s) of this letter.
If someone steps forward with information, my attorney will coordinate the payment, and will stipulate that it leads to successful prosecution either in criminal or civil court. The reward will be paid anonymously, and the information used for the civil or criminal prosecution of the author.
An additional award will be given for information leading to the individual(s) responsible for the distribution of the aforementioned letter.
As I've said before, and continue to say, I am against bullying in Chelsea. This is a perfect example of bullying and it needs to stop.
