1. Resolution to Authorize the City Manager to be the Secondary Member Representative to the Chelsea Area Construction Agency (City Manager Atkinson)

MOVED Iannelli SECONDED Feeney to adopt a resolution to authorize the City Manager to be the Secondary Member Representative to the Chelsea Area Construction Agency. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
