Chelsea: Westchester Farms Final PUD Site Plans

NOTICE OF REQUEST

For

REVISED FINAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL

An application has been filed by Jim Haeussler of Norfolk Homes of Westchester Farms, LLC for revisions including a request for a landscaping waiver to the Final Site Plan Approval of a Planned Unit Development to construct 96 multi-family residential units including eight residential buildings and 12 accessory structures (carports) on an approximately 16-acre site on the following described parcels of land:

North Side of Cavanaugh Lake Rd., Chelsea, MI 48118

The revised final site plan application will be considered by the City of Chelsea City Council on Monday, January 9th, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the City of Chelsea City Council Chambers at 311 S. Main St. The meeting will also be available to members of the public using Zoom. Information will be posted to the City of Chelsea’s website (www.city-chelsea.org).

Signed, written comments, concerning the application will be accepted prior to the City Council meeting, and will be read at the meeting upon request. Comments should be addressed to the City of Chelsea City Council, 305 S. MAIN ST. STE. 100, Chelsea, Michigan 48118.

A public hearing on the site plan will be held, if requested in writing by any property owner or occupant within 300 feet of the boundary of the property being considered.

Persons requiring reasonable accommodations to disabilities in order that the hearing be accessible to them, are requested to notify the City of Chelsea City Clerk no later than five business days prior to the date of the hearing of such disability.
