NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

FOR PROPOSED MAJOR AMENDMENT TO PUD PLAN

An application has been filed by David Straub (M/I Homes of Michigan) for consideration of a Major Amendment to a PUD Plan to construct a multi-phase 231-unit site condo development (with 48 units proposed in Phase 1) on an approximately 105-acre site on the following described parcel of land:

Part of the SW ¼ of Section 6 & 7, T2S, R4E

North Side of Dexter-Chelsea Rd.

The Major Amendment to the PUD Plan will be considered by the Chelsea Planning Commission on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. Meeting to be held in the City Municipal Building (Council Chambers) located at 311 S. Main Street, Chelsea, MI. A Zoom link will be provided for members of the public who would like to attend remotely.

Signed, written comments concerning the application will be accepted prior to the Planning Commission meeting and will be included in the meeting packet. Comments should be addressed to the Chelsea Planning Commission, 305 S Main St, Suite 100, Chelsea, MI 48118.

Persons requiring reasonable accommodations for disabilities in order that the hearing be accessible to them are requested to notify the Chelsea Planning Commission Chairman no later than five business days prior to the date of the hearing of such disability.
