- Joe Ziolkowski of the Main Street Park Alliance provided a presentation to Council on the status of the Main Street Park project. He showed areas of environmental testing and plans for more testing. He reported on next steps to move the project forward.

MOVED Keaton SECONDED Mehuron to recommend conditional approval of the Timbertown Project pending the findings of the Community Center Work Group and at that time enter into partnership agreement discussion with HWPI and WCPARC. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
MOVED Keaton SECONDED Mehuron to formally designate Timbertown Park as a trailhead for the B2B Trail with trailhead naming to be determined by the City and then co-branded with the B2B Trail. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

MOVED Wiseley SECONDED Ruddock to authorize the City Manager to sign on behalf of the City of Chelsea, the third amendment to the agreement. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
