MINUTES OF THE NOVEMBER 01, 2022 SYLVAN TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES REGULAR MEETING 7:00 pm, 18027 OLD US 12 CHELSEA, MICHIGAN 48118 Present: Clerk Nimke, Treasurer Branham, Trustee Schulze; Absent: Supervisor Kennedy, Trustee Koseck

Call to order 7:02 pm. Pledge of allegiance recited. Public comment was given. Land Preservation presentation given by Barry Lonik. Consent agenda approved. Regular Agenda approved as amended. The Board took action to: approve Bollinger Sanitation and Excavation for snow removal, reappoint Susan Lackey as the Chelsea District Library Board representative, reappoint Lee Arend and Reuben Lesser to the Board of Review, reappoint Sandie Schultze as the Board’s representative to the Planning Commission, and deferred action on Office Training. Second public comment given. Board of Trustee comments given. The meeting adjourned at 8:22 pm.
