Commission for a term ending June 30, 2024. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
2. Schedule 2023-2024 Visioning Session Date
(submitted by Mayor Pacheco)
3. Appointment of Mariah Fink of Fink & Fink as City Attorney
(submitted by Manager Atkinson)
MOVED Mehuron SECONDED Wiseley to appoint Mariah Fink of Fink & Fink, PLLC as
City Attorney. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
4. Website RFP Award
(submitted by Manager Atkinson)
MOVED Keaton SECONDED Ruddock to accept the quote from Revize in the amount of
$12,700 for the City Website project. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
5. Council Chambers AV/Tech RFP Award
(submitted by Manager Atkinson)
MOVED Ruddock SECONDED Feeney to accept the proposal from Telsystems in the
amount of $31,654.59 for the upgrade of Chelsea’s City Council Chamber AV and
Technology. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
6. Power Purchase Commitment Authorization
(submitted by Manager Atkinson)
MOVED Feeney SECONDED Keaton to approve the capacity transaction as outlined in
the attached Power Purchase Commitment Authorization. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
7. Glen at Westchester Final PUD Site Plan and Landscape Waiver
(submitted by Community Development Director Jordan)
MOVED Feeney SECONDED Wiseley to approve the final PUD site plan subject to the
conditions listed in the staff report. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
