MINUTES OF THE DECEMBER 20, 2022 SYLVAN TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES SPECIAL MEETING 9:30 am, 18027 OLD US 12 CHELSEA, MICHIGAN 48118 Present: Supervisor Kennedy, Clerk Nimke, Treasurer Branham, Trustee Schulze, Trustee Koseck.

Call to order 9:40 am. Pledge of allegiance recited. Public comment was given. The Board took action to: defer action on a proposed amendment to the Westchester Farms Consent Judgement; reschedule the November 7, 2023 Regular Board of Trustees meeting to Tuesday, November 14, 2023; and approve a Township Credit Card Use policy. The meeting adjourned at 11:00 am.
