Call to order 7:01 pm. Pledge of allegiance recited. Public comment was given. Consent agenda approved. Regular Agenda approved. The Board took action to: approve Policy ADM 22, Inspection of Public Assessing Records; approve Policy PER 31 Supplemental Pay for Employees; approve Policy PER 32 Sick Pay for Hourly Employees; approve proposed Update to ADM 60, Cemetery Lots and Burial Spaces; tabled Minute Transcribing for Board of Trustees and Planning Commission; tabled Consideration of Adding I.T. Staff Member; tabled Consideration of Adding an Office Manager; tabled Consideration of Alternate Consultant for Master Plan Review, approved Trustee Schulze to contact a Planning Firm to conduct Township Hall Forums on Planning and Land Use Topics. Second public comment given. Board of Trustee comments given. The meeting adjourned at 9:12 pm.
