SYNOPSIS OF JANUARY 2023 BOARD MEETING MINUTES

LYNDON TOWNSHIP – 17751 N. Territorial Road, Chelsea, MI 48118. Summary of Minutes, January 10, 2023—Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM. During Public Comment, two attendees addressed the 2023 Lyndon Township Recreation Plan. Items Approved: Agenda, Consent Agenda, Payment of Bills as Presented. Both the Zoning Administrator and CAFA Representative briefly discussed their reports which were submitted in writing to the Township Board. Deputy Supervisor reported on a new system that will allow residents to participate in Township meetings. MLW&SA Representative summarized his written report to the Board. WWRA Representative summarized his report to the Township Board. Items Approved: Amend the Lyndon Township Budget for Fiscal Year July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023 to include ARPA funds; Adopt Resolution No. 23-01 to Allow Local Residents to Protest in Writing to the 2023 Board of Review; Adopt Resolution No. 23-02 Poverty Exemption Guidelines Resolution; Adopt the 2023 Lyndon Township Recreation Plan; the $75 per month monitoring service at Chelsea State Bank and amend the budget to increase Bank Fees (ADDITIONAL UNCATEGORIZED EXPENSES) $800.00 and decrease Fund Balance 390.00 $800.00; Purchase the recreational print for a cost not to exceed $500.00; Purchase QuickBooks Pro Multi-use upgrade for $949.00. Meeting adjourned at 8:23 PM.
