Chelsea: Proposed Phase 1 Site Plan Review 3-21-23

NOTICE OF REQUEST

FOR PROPOSED PHASE I FINAL SITE PLAN REVIEW

An application has been filed by David Straub (M/I Homes of Michigan) for consideration of Phase I Final Site Plans (SP23-02) to construct 48 site condo units on an approximately 105-acre site on the following described parcel of land:

TAX CODE: # 06-07-06-360-006

Part of the SW ¼ of Section 6 & 7, T2S, R4E

North Side of Dexter-Chelsea Rd.

The Phase 1 Final Site Plans will be considered by the Chelsea Planning Commission on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. Meeting to be held in the City Municipal Building (Council Chambers) located at 311 S. Main Street, Chelsea, MI. A Zoom link will be provided for members of the public who would like to attend remotely. Information will be posted to the City of Chelsea’s website (www.city-chelsea.org).

Signed, written comments concerning the application will be accepted prior to the Planning Commission meeting and will be included in the meeting packet. Comments should be addressed to the Chelsea Planning Commission, 305 S Main St, Suite 100, Chelsea, MI 48118.

A public hearing on the site plan will be held, if requested in writing by any property owner or occupant within 300 feet of the boundary of the property being considered.

Persons requiring reasonable accommodations for disabilities in order that the hearing be accessible to them are requested to notify the Chelsea Planning Commission Chairman no later than five business days prior to the date of the hearing of such disability.
