Lima Twp: Board Meeting Synopsis 3-13-23

LIMA TOWNSHIP – BOARD OF TRUSTEES SYNOPSIS OF

REGULAR MEETING OF MARCH 13, 2023

Supervisor Duane Luick called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM with the Pledge of Allegiance. All board members were present.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Greg McKenzie made a motion, seconded by Duane Luick to add to the agenda, approval of the February 13, 2023 Regular Meeting minutes and the February 13, 2023 Special Meeting minutes. All ayes. Motion passed.

APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA

Motion by Greg McKenzie, seconded by Dale Luick, to approve the consent agenda as presented, accounts payable for $33,311.75 and payroll for $10,757.49. All ayes. Motion passed.

There were no public comments following consent of the agenda.

The Treasurer and Supervisor gave reports. The Clerk gave a report and introduced Linda White as Deputy Clerk. Other committee reports were given.

There was no old or new business.

There were no final public comments.
