Request: Variance application (ZBA 23-002) to consider a variance to allow new 2,016 square foot (36X56) barn on the property at 7995 Stoney Ridge Road. There are already two existing detached accessory structures on the site; a 2,448 square foot (34X72) barn and a 484 square foot (22X22) barn. The new barn will increase the total square footage of the detached accessory structures to more than 3,000 square feet which is the maximum allowed by the code (section 3.08).
