Meeting called to order at 7:01 p.m. All members present.

  1. Accounts Payable
  2. Acceptance of Committee, Board and Department reports
  3. Amended meeting agenda
  4. Update to Policy ADM 190 Regarding Tap Fees
  5. Temporary Gathering Permit Application
  6. Lawn Maintenance contract with Checkered Lawn Care
  7. Consulting attorney on establishing Open Space Preservation Board/Commission
  8. Consulting attorney on establishing a Recreation Commission
  9. Add Michigan Class to Policy FIN 30 as an Approved Financial Institution
  10. Cost of living raise for employees
