SYNOPSIS OF MARCH 2023 BOARD MEETING MINUTES

LYNDON TOWNSHIP – 17751 N. Territorial Road, Chelsea, MI 48118. Summary of Minutes, March 14, 2023—Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM. During Public Comment, Georgia Frost, Field Representative from Congressman Dingell’s Office, introduced herself to the Board. Other attendees addressed the Board. Items Approved: Agenda, Consent Agenda, Payment of Bills as Presented. Zoning Administrator submitted his report in writing to the Board. CAFA Representative summarized his report. Deputy Supervisor discussed number of hits per day on the website and the current outage. Multi-Lake Water & Sewer Authority Representative summarized his report. Items Approved: the Adendum to ISP Operation Contract as written; Set Up an Advisory Committee for Road Management; the Snow Plowing Services Contract from Jeremy Early at the same rates as the previous vendor; Require individuals paid through payroll to have direct deposit; Amend the General Fund budget to charge $2,150.25 to Miscellaneous line-item 101.101.955.000. Meeting adjourned at 8:33 PM.
