Zoning Ordinance Amendment 181-2023-06

ADOPTED

This Zoning Ordinance Amendment amends the City of Chelsea, Michigan Zoning Ordinance of

Public Act 110 of 2006, as amended. The City of Chelsea hereby ordains that Article

10, Section 10.02.G Cluster Development, Article 12, Section 12.02 Site Plan Review Application

Procedures, and Article 14, Section 14.05 Public Notice Requirements have been amended.

This Ordinance shall be published in the manner as required by law. Except as otherwise

provided by law, this Ordinance shall be effective thirty days following final publication of the

Ordinance.

This Ordinance was duly adopted by the City of Chelsea City Council at its regular meeting

called and held on the 12

th day of June, 2023, and was ordered given publication in the manner

required by law.
