SYNOPSIS OF APRIL 2023 BOARD MEETING MINUTES

LYNDON TOWNSHIP – 17751 N. Territorial Road, Chelsea, MI 48118. Summary of Minutes, April 11, 2023—Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM. During Public Comment, attendees spoke on various topics including roads. Items Approved: Agenda, Consent Agenda, and Approval of Bills. Zoning Administrator submitted his report in writing. CAFA Representative summarized his report to the Township Board. Deputy Supervisor reported on the mailing that was sent out concerning the recent outage and number of hits on website. Multi-Lakes Water & Sewer Representative summarized his report to the Board. Washtenaw County Recycling Authority Representative reported on their activities and upcoming styrofoam collection. Items Approved: Allocate $125,000 from the General Fund budget for road improvements at the discretion of the Supervisor working with the WCRC staff and Roads Advisory Committee; add Lake Trust Credit Union and Huntington Bank to the list of approved banks and continue to have the Treasurer Brekke, Deputy Treasurer Warriner, Clerk Reilly, and Deputy Clerk Rock as signatories on the accounts; Adopt Resolution No. 23-04 to Create a Roads Advisory Committee; Budget Amendment of $1,000 for the Roads Advisory Committee; Contract with Green Shades Mowing for the 2023 Season; purchase Two Wireless Panic Buttons at a cost not to exceed $200.00. Meeting adjourned at 9:23 PM.
