Request: Variance application (ZBA 23-002) to consider the construction of a new 6-foot by 10-foot deck off the west side of the new home and a 4-foot by 4-foot deck off of the north side of the new home. The deck off the west side of the home will be 43-feet from the shoreline of Sugarloaf Lake where 60-feet is required by the code and the deck off of the north side of the new home will be 7-feet 6-inches where 8-feet 6-inches is required by the code (section 7.04).
