MOTION Mehuron SECONDED Ruddock to approve a 3% wage increase for non-union salaried employees effective as of July 1, 2023. All ayes. Motion carried.

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Mehuron to approve a 3% wage increase for part-time City of Chelsea employees effective July 1, 2023. All ayes. Motion carried.

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Feeney to set the public hearing to review the application for Industrial Facilities Tax Exemption for Gestamp North America for Monday, July 24, 2023. All ayes. Motion carried.

Purchase of Police Administrative Vehicle (Chief Kazyak)

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Feeney to approve the purchase of a 2023 Dodge Durango Administrative Police Vehicle in the amount of $41,830.00. All ayes.Motion carried.

MOTION Wiseley SECONDED Keaton to approve at First Reading Ordinance 183, an ordinance to add Article VIII. Use of Compression Brakes (Jake Brakes), to Chapter 30 Traffic and Vehicles, of the City Code. All ayes. Motion carried.

MOTION Feeney SECONDED Ruddock to approve the purchase of the Kubota RTV with attachments from Motor City Kubota at a total cost of $51,165.86. All ayes. Motion carried.

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Ruddock to approve quote #3 from Construction Design Services for the sum of $159,462.72. All ayes. Motion carried.

MOTION Feeney SECONDED Keaton to approve the purchase of the new air conditioning unit from Haley Mechanical in the amount of $6,505. All ayes. Motion carried.

Wastewater Camera System (Wastewater Superintendent Freeman)

MOTION Mehuron SECONDED Keaton to approve $10,967.23 for the deployment of security camera system from SecurityPros. All ayes. Motion carried.
