- Citizen Agenda Item Request – Dewey Street Pedestrian Crossing at M-52 (Julianne Chard)
- Resolution to Authorize Alternative Meeting Dates for Board of Review (Clerk Sebestyen)
Steven Petty, CEO of 5 Healthy Towns, was present to speak to Council about potential scenarios relating to the development of a community center. He provided a history of the Community Center Task Force and all the different ideas that had been presented. The presentation is available on the City’s website.

MOVED Mehuron SECONDED Ruddock to send a formal request from the City, signed by the Mayor, to Mr. Mark Sweeney, Manager MDOT University Region, for the upgrade of this intersection to meet or exceed the safety measures of pedestrian actuated flashing lights equal or greater than that installed on Sibley Road. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
Approval of City Manager Contract (Mayor Pacheco)
MOVED Ruddock SECONDED Keaton to Approve the City Manager Contract Agreement. All ayes. Motion carried.
2.1 Clerk Sebestyen swore in Mr. Martin Colburn as Chelsea City Manager.
MOVED Mehuron SECONDED Iannelli to Authorize the Board of Review to Schedule Alternate July and December Board of Review Meeting Dates. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
4. Resolution to Appoint Commissioner to the Michigan Public Power Agency and Member Authorized Representative for the City of Chelsea (Operations Manager Stevens)
MOTION Iannelli SECONDED Ruddock to adopt the Resolution regarding the Appointment of Commissioner to the Michigan Public Power Agency for the City of Chelsea. All ayes. Motion carried.
5. Request a Purchase Order for SCADA Upgrade (Operations Manager Stevens)
MOTION Ruddock SECONDED Keaton to approve a purchase order for a total amount of $31,850.00 payable to UIS to install SCADA. All ayes. Motion carried.
