MOVED Keaton SECONDED Wiseley to re-appoint Donald Osborne to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a three-year term ending September 30, 2026. All ayes. Motion carried.

Proclamation from Human Rights Commission (Council Member Iannelli)

MOVED Ruddock SECONDED Keaton to approve the Proclamation to recognize that the second Monday in October be declared Indigenous Peoples’ Day in the City of Chelsea. All ayes. Motion carried.

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Ruddock to increase the Human Rights Commission budget to $300 to pay for expenses related to an Indigenous Peoples’ Day event. All ayes. Motion carried.

4. Agreement for Election Services related to Early Voting (Clerk Sebestyen)

MOTION Iannelli SECONDED Keaton to Authorize the City to enter into a County Agreement for Election Services related to Early Voting. All ayes. Motion carried.

5. Iron Filter Aeration Tank Rehabilitation (Superintendent Davis)

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Iannelli to accept the quote from RTC/Enviro-Fab Inc. in the amount of $15,620.00. All ayes. Motion carried.

6. High Voltage Distribution Line Purchase from Consumers Energy (Operations Manager Stevens)

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Ruddock to authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Consumers Energy in the sum of $93,818 for the purchase of High Voltage Distribution Line Chelsea 26M. All ayes. Motion carried.
