MOVED Iannelli SECONDED Keaton to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the Addendum to Memorandum of Understanding for Timbertown. All ayes. Motion carried.

Concrete for Solid Waste Pole Barn (Superintendent Lampel)

MOVED Mehuron SECONDED Keaton to approve the bid from Grass Lake Concrete to pour the barn floor. All ayes. Motion carried.

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Wiseley to approve the purchase outfitted pickup truck from Todd Wenzel Buick-GMC and Chevrolet in the amount of $68,373.00. All ayes. Motion carried.
