LYNDON TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING,

NOVEMBER 30, 2023 AT 7:00 PM

The Lyndon Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a Zoning Text Amendment (ZTA 23-001) and Zoning Map Amendment (ZMA 23-001)

The Zoning Text Amendment (ZTA23-001) application requests a revision to the existing lot coverage regulation under section 14.04 (H)(4) of the special land use requirements for commercial storage warehouses.

The Zoning Map Amendment (ZMA23-001) would rezone the property at 9750 Stofer Road (E-05-24-100-028), from Rural Residential (RR) to Neighborhood Commercial (NC). (See Map)
