MOVED Mehuron SECONDED Keaton to approve the proclamation declaring November to be Family Court Awareness Month within the City of Chelsea. All ayes. Motion carried.

Appointment to Michigan Public Power Agency (Manager Colburn)

MOVED Keaton SECONDED Iannelli to adopt a resolution appointing Manager Colburn as Commissioner, and Ray Schmidt and Charles Steven as alternates to the Michigan Public Power Agency for the City of Chelsea. All ayes. Motion carried.

MOTION Feeney SECONDED Wiseley to approve the purchase of handguns, sights, lights, and holsters for the Police Department from Kiesler Police Supply, in the amount of $14,336.48 less trade-in value. All ayes. Motion carried.
