SYNOPSIS OF SEPTEMBER 2023 BOARD MEETING MINUTES

LYNDON TOWNSHIP – 17751 N. Territorial Road, Chelsea, MI 48118. Summary of Minutes, September 12, 2023—Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM. During Public Comment, a representative from the Baseline Cemetery gave a report and a request for funding from Lyndon Township. Items Approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda; Payment of Bills. Correspondence addressed on DNR Proposed Oil and Gas Lease Auction. Items Approved: Develop Comments for the Supervisor’s review and signature objecting to the proposed lease of this parcel and ask the State to remove the parcel from the auction block at the end of the month; Increase Township Cleanup 101.466.801.001 (OTHER FUNCTIONS/UNALLOCATED) $4,000.00 and decrease General Fund $4,000.00; Accept the County Early Voting Agreement; the recommendation from the Broadband Oversight Committee and service the Chelsea Library with 1Gb; To order a sign for $20 with Tom Demske who will take care this this. Various reports were given. Meeting adjourned at 8:20 PM.
