MOTION Mehuron SECONDED Merkel to appoint Jan Carr as Chelsea District Library Trustee for a term ending December 31, 2027. All ayes. Motion carried.

MOTION Merkel SECONDED Iannelli to adopt the Resolution recognizing Chelsea Robotics Boosters as a non-profit organization for the purpose of obtaining a charitable gaming license. All ayes. Motion carried.

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Morris to transfer $313,600 of General Fund monies to the Capital Project fund as budgeted for bond payments associated with the police building. All ayes. Motion carried.

MOTION Iannelli SECONDED Merkel to approve the purchase order for the amount of $6,945.93 to Border States to purchase backup batteries for the electric substation. All ayes. Motion carried.

MOTION Merkel SECONDED Keaton to approve the purchase order for the amount of $79,835.00 to Resco for the purchase of a 99 breaker switch to serve as backup for the electric substations. All ayes. Motion carried.

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Morris to allow Corey Davis, Water Superintendent, to enter a two-year contract with HydroCorp for a contract total of $16,200.00. All ayes. Motion carried.
